By using Spotivo, you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using the service.

These terms may be updated before Spotivo's full public launch, including before real payments or new features are activated.

Spotivo is a platform that connects people looking for parking with people offering a private parking spot.

Spotivo helps with spot discovery, reservation requests and parking-related communication. Spotivo does not own the spots shown by hosts and does not replace user responsibilities.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your account confidentiality and for activity made through it.

You must inform us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

A driver is someone looking for or requesting a spot. A host is someone offering a private spot. A Spotivo administrator is a team member who manages or moderates the platform.

The host must have the right to offer the listed spot, either as the owner or with explicit authorization, and must provide accurate, useful and up-to-date information.

A dangerous, illegal, unauthorized or misleading spot must not be published. Spotivo may refuse, suspend or remove a listing when needed.

A reservation request is not automatically accepted. The host may approve or decline a request based on service rules and spot availability.

The exact address is revealed only after confirmation. The driver must respect the accepted time window and use the spot reasonably.

Displayed prices should be reviewed before sending or confirming a request. Some payment features may be in testing or activated progressively.

Applicable payment, fee, cancellation and refund rules will be specified at the time of reservation when those features are activated.

Spotivo may evolve its fees, payment methods and billing rules as the service rolls out.

Cancellation rules may vary depending on the features available at the time of the request. If an issue occurs, you can contact Spotivo.

Spotivo will review situations in good faith, without automatically promising a refund or compensation.

You must not provide false information, use Spotivo fraudulently, bypass the platform to avoid rules or fees, or publish an unauthorized listing.

You must also not use the site for illegal purposes, harass or threaten anyone, publish hateful content, or attempt unauthorized access to Spotivo systems.

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of information related to their spot. Users must use caution and follow applicable laws.

Users must respect displayed rules, host instructions and reasonable use of the confirmed spot.

Spotivo makes reasonable efforts to provide a reliable platform, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors, interruptions or inaccurate information.

Host income is not guaranteed. It depends on demand, location, price, availability and confirmed reservations.

Some features, such as instant booking, payments or advanced availability rules, may be limited, tested or activated progressively.

Spotivo may modify, suspend or interrupt certain features, especially during the MVP phase or during technical improvements.

Spotivo may update these terms. The last updated date shown on this page indicates the most recent version.
